Cocreating the Life of my Dreams

I’m Ivette! A spiritual witchy woo woo, multifaceted soul, having a human experience. I’m a surfing mommy of two littles and a fur baby. As well as a hopeless romantic that’s been married for twelve years. 

First gen Xicana with roots in Phoenix, Arizona and branches extending to San Diego, California and now, Honolulu, Hawai’i. 

Currently, I am taking a sabbatical from my maternal mental health coaching and non-profit work to focus on a few creative writing projects. I have an MSW from Arizona State – Go Devils! & I’m certified through Postpartum Support International as a Perinatal Mental Health Coach.

I started this blog to house my many interests and knowledge. Often in my profession, we can’t show up with all the parts that make us whole. 

& also to document my experience as first gen Xicana living off the mainland and away from my culture while learning, with reverence, the culture of the native peoples of these majestic islands.
